Million Dollar Fudge

4 1/2 C. Sugar
1 (13 oz.) Can canned milk
1/4 teaspoon Salt
12 Oz. Chocolate Chips
12 oz. Chocolate Bar (Hershey's)
1 pt. Marshmallow Cream
2 C. Nuts
4 Tablespoons Margarine
1 teaspoon Vanilla

Stir sugar and milk in pan. Boil for 6 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients until melted. Pour into greased dish to cool and cut into bars.
